Returns

At Designs by Sherilyne, every garment is made-to-order. Because of this, we do not accept returns. Each piece you purchase is created specifically for you and cannot be resold, allowing us to reduce waste and honor our commitment to sustainability.

Please be sure to review our size chart carefully before placing your order.


Reporting a Defect

While every item goes through thorough quality control before leaving our studio, imperfections can occasionally happen. If you notice a defect, damage, or discrepancy with your order, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Since returns are not accepted, exchanges are not available. However, if your item is defective or incorrect, we will work with you directly to resolve the issue.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the case of an approved defect or error. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund.
